2. Description of Service

MobileCoder is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create mobile applications through natural language prompts. The Service includes access to our web application, AI models, code generation features, and preview functionality.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

MobileCoder offers subscription-based plans with credit allocations. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the AI systems
• Distribute malware or malicious code through generated applications
• Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts you provide and the applications you create using MobileCoder. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Platform: The MobileCoder platform, including its code, design, AI models, and branding, remains our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Applications created through MobileCoder are generated by AI systems. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that generated code will be error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before deployment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileCoder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cyprus.
